The Role: 

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about Paid Search, Display, and Digital Marketing. You’ll help manage a diverse roster of clients, executing and optimizing paid media strategies that drive measurable results. With a focus on paid search, display, and emerging channels like Connected TV and Digital Out of Home, you’ll contribute to the team’s success by managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in the latest and greatest techniques and ad formats but will also have the ability to think strategically to put together integrated campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain paid media strategies that drive results for our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external publisher partners to develop strategic media plans across search, programmatic, and social channels.
  • Manage all aspects of campaigns, including setup, planning, building, optimizing, and monitoring.
  • Work with the analytics team to implement conversion tracking and conduct ad and landing page testing.
  • Manage bids and campaign budgets using proprietary tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients. 
  • Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Communicate with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables and performance reporting. Ensure all parties (internal and external) clearly understand the needs, outcome, and future of campaigns.
  • You should be a subject matter expert in at least one of the following channels: Search, social, programmatic or video advertising.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, SimpliFi, Yahoo DSP, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, in addition to creating conversion actions and pixels within advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing large paid media budgets ($1+ million annual).
  • Experience using spreadsheets and bulk editing tools to make large account-wide changes and to build a significant number of campaigns at scale.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Digital agency experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Experience using bid management platforms to help optimize campaigns (i.e., Acquisio, Marin, Kenshoo, SearchForce, etc).
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Facebook Ads certifications.
  • A/B testing experience.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
