  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Communicate with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, and performance reporting. Ensure all parties (internal and external) clearly understand the needs, outcome, and future of campaigns.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to work more efficiently and accurately, and (most importantly) possess the judgment to recognize when the output misses the mark.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.

  • Proficiency with AI tools and systems, including the AI features built into ad platforms and standalone tools such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini,  Claude, Perplexity, etc, to improve workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with tools such as  Google Analytics.Knowledge of how to create conversion actions and pixels within advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing large paid media budgets ($1M+ annually).
  • Experience using spreadsheets and bulk editing tools to make large account-wide changes and to build a significant number of campaigns at scale.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Digital agency experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta certifications.
  • A/B testing experience.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
